Symptoms depend on the localization of the tumor.
- Pain is often the first symptom. Patients associate this with a trauma or physical activity.
- The bone structure is weakened therefore fracturing can occur more easily in the pathological bone.
- Ewing's sarcoma may cause localized pain and swelling with infection-like symptoms (fever, high blood sedimentation, leukocytosis).
